About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Project Manager to join our team at Gleeds.

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in project management, leadership, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Project / Programme Managers in the delivery of projects and programmes.
  • Delivering high quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet customer requirements.
  • Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager.
  • Producing and presenting to customers.
  • Preparing bids for services.
  • Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Graduated or will be receiving their degree qualification before August 2025.
  • The right to live and work in the UK.
  • Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
  • Good ICT skills, with an elevated level of ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Lively and enthusiastic, but conscientious and precise.
  • Outgoing and people-orientated, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
