Academy HR Director

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people management agenda, supporting our operational and strategic objectives.

1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to support business objectives.
2. Drive talent management, succession planning, and training initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership and line managers to provide HR guidance and support.
4. Lead the annual performance management process, including salary benchmarking and awards.
5. Coordinate recruitment and selection activities to meet business needs.
6. Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and HR best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
7. Analyze and present HR metrics to inform business decisions.
8. Take ownership of HR-related projects as required.
