At NEXT, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Sales Floor team as a Customer Service Stock Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service while processing stock accurately and efficiently.

About the Role:

We're seeking an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can thrive under pressure. As a Customer Service Stock Associate, you will be expected to locate, pack, and promptly process stock, ensuring it's beautifully presented to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard
  • Maintain operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
  • Work independently and keep yourself busy to achieve all performance targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service when needed

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £10.50 per hour, which is estimated based on average salaries for similar positions in the area. We also offer a range of benefits, including 10% off most partner brands and up to 15% off Branded Beauty.
