About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate property valuations for sales, providing reliable and detailed information to clients.
  • Offer expert advice to clients on property value, market conditions, and sales strategies, utilizing your knowledge of the local property market.
  • Stay up-to-date with local property market trends to inform valuations and client advice, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients in a clear and professional manner, highlighting key points and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to achieving sales targets, working collaboratively with the team to drive business growth.
  • Assist in negotiating property sales, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients, and providing guidance on market conditions and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property sales valuations, preferably within the estate agency industry, with a strong understanding of local market trends.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage, with the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and conditions.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to client meetings and property viewings.
