We are partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association in Cheshire to recruit a Senior Surveyor and Stock Condition Surveyor for six-month fixed-term contracts.

The successful candidates will work full-time with salaries of £48,470 per annum (Senior Surveyor) and £40,438 per annum (Stock Condition Surveyor).

The key responsibilities include:

Senior Surveyor

  • Collaborate with the Head of Development and Senior Asset Managers to deliver the organisation's Asset Management programmes.
  • Monitor contractors' KPIs to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and value for money.
  • Conduct stock condition surveys and energy surveys across a stock of Social Housing properties.
  • Ensure effective tenant engagement and adherence to agreed specifications.
  • Assist in future-proofing plans, including zero-carbon modelling.

Stock Condition Surveyor

  • Conduct stock condition surveys and energy surveys across a stock of social housing properties.
  • Undertake appraisals of underperforming stock to improve Asset Investment and Investment Planning.
  • Oversee tenants' permission requests and complaints.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health and Safety standards.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Recent surveying experience within a Housing setting.
