We are partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association to recruit a Senior Surveyor and Stock Condition Surveyor for six month fixed-term contracts.

The successful candidates will work full-time with salaries of £48,470 per annum (Senior Surveyor) and £40,438 per annum (Stock Condition Surveyor).

The key responsibilities include:

Senior Surveyor

  • Partnering with the Head of Development and Senior Asset Managers to deliver the organisation's Asset Management programmes.
  • Monitoring contractors' KPIs to ensure Health and Safety regulations and value for money are achieved.
  • Carrying out stock condition surveys and energy surveys across a stock of Social Housing properties.
  • Ensuring effective tenant engagement and works are carried out to agreed specifications.
  • Assisting with future-proofing plans regarding zero carbon modelling.

Stock Condition Surveyor

  • Carrying out stock condition surveys and energy surveys across a stock of social housing properties.
  • Undertaking appraisals of underperforming stock to improve Asset Investment and Investment Planning.
  • Overseeing tenants' permission requests and complaints.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in line with Health and Safety standards.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Recent surveying experience within a Housing setting.
