Job Title: Mortgage Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Administrator Assistant to join our team at VIBE Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mortgage broking and lending services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake due diligence searches on applicants and properties prior to case submission.
  • Represent the company at training courses, networking events, and lender meetings.
  • Update spreadsheets, folders, documentation, and in-house CRM systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy and ensure compliance with GDPR policies.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and helpful manner, directing calls to the appropriate colleague or taking and passing on clear messages when required.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing client accounts.
  • Mortgage broking/lending experience in Specialist Finance for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word and Excel essential) and a proficient user of CRM systems.
  • Able to manage several projects at once, dealing with newly emerging priorities as they arise.
  • Able to self-manage and work autonomously without supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable to cope with the fast-paced and exciting nature of working for a start-up.
  • Well-presented and dresses appropriately for an office environment.
