Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Administrator to join our team at VIBE Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake due diligence searches on applicants and properties prior to case submission.
  • Represent the company at training courses, networking events, and lender meetings.
  • Update spreadsheets, folders, documentation, and in-house CRM systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR policies.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Comply with all employee policies and procedures.
  • Attend events outside of standard office hours and/or on weekends as required.
Requirements
  • Experience managing client accounts.
  • Mortgage broking/lending experience in Specialist Finance for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word and Excel essential) and a proficient user of CRM systems.
  • Able to manage several projects at once and work autonomously.
  • Flexible and adaptable to cope with the fast-paced nature of working for a start-up.
  • Well-presented and dresses appropriately for an office environment.
