Job Title: Apprentice Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Mortgage Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage broking team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake due diligence searches on applicants and properties prior to case submission.
  • Represent the company at training courses, networking events, and lender meetings.
  • Update spreadsheets, folders, documentation, and in-house CRM systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy and ensure compliance with GDPR policies.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and helpful manner, directing calls to the appropriate colleague or taking and passing on clear messages when required.
  • Comply with all employee policies and procedures of VIBE Finance.
  • Attend events that take place out of standard office hours and/or on weekends, as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing client accounts.
  • Mortgage broking/lending experience in Specialist Finance for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once, dealing with newly emerging priorities as they arise.
  • Self-management and autonomy in work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-presented and able to dress appropriately for an office environment.
