We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join our Wales Medicines Strategy Group team in Epsom. As a key member of our pharmacy services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of medication reconciliation and taking drug histories to guarantee patients receive the correct medications.

About the role

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a strong background in medicines management, clinical experience, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking medicines reconciliation and taking drug histories to ensure accurate medication usage
  • Managing medicines on the ward, including audit and financial savings projects
  • Communicating effectively with community healthcare partners and the wards to ensure timely dispensing of TTOs

We offer a competitive salary of £34,521 - £41,956 per annum pro rata, including Yearly allowances, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
