Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager - Customer Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within their assigned customer base. This includes up-selling existing products, cross-selling new services, and building strong relationships with senior leaders and c-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer growth strategy to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
  • Manage the sales cycle, including pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and closure

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in cloud or hosting environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Completed sales training and certifications, such as MEDDIC, SPIN, and Challenger Sale
