Accounting Assistant Job Opportunity

Inclusive Consulting ltd is seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to play a vital role in our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and purchase ledgers, taking on credit control responsibilities, and assisting with various financial tasks under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in accounting software and general ledger management would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Manage cash allocations and expense claims effectively.
  • Process credit card statements and ensure all expenses are properly approved.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a company pension scheme, private medical and dental insurance, a cycle to work scheme, and free parking facilities.
