Job Summary
Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court seeks a customer service deputy clerk to provide exceptional support to the public, attorneys, and court staff. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous customer service to the public, attorneys, and court staff
- Process court filings, receipts, and other documents
- Answer legal and case-related questions
- Perform various clerical and court case processing duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of court procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- College education or relevant experience in a judicial setting
- Experience working in a trauma-informed environment
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
