As a Conference & Banqueting Assistant at The Grand Brighton, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests. Working closely with Event Managers, you will be responsible for setting up, refreshing, and clearing rooms, as well as serving food and beverages to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the Events team to deliver seamless events and conferences.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including audio-visual equipment and room configurations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
  • Support the Events team with administrative tasks, such as preparing event materials and coordinating logistics.
