As a Conference & Banqueting Assistant at The Grand Brighton, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests. Working closely with Event Managers, you will be responsible for setting up, refreshing, and clearing rooms, as well as serving food and beverages to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Events team to deliver seamless events
  • Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of event setup and execution
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment (desirable)
