Enterprise Account Manager: Maximizing Customer Revenue

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be focused on increasing revenue through up-selling and cross-selling existing products to our valued customers, while building strong relationships and driving growth across the customer base.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within your customer set, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize the ANS product set and drive customer success.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless project delivery and transition into managed service delivery.
  • Develop and implement engagement plans to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including product and service penetration matrices.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer success experience, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
  • Completed sales training and certifications, including MEDDIC and SPIN.
