Enterprise Account Manager: Maximizing Customer Revenue

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be focused on increasing revenue through up-selling and cross-selling existing products to our valued customers, while building strong relationships and driving growth across the customer base.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within your customer set, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize the ANS product set and drive customer success.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless project delivery and transition into managed service delivery.
- Develop and implement engagement plans to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including product and service penetration matrices.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer success experience, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
- Completed sales training and certifications, including MEDDIC and SPIN.
