This Behaviour and Learning Assistant position presents a brilliant opportunity to gain experience and develop your portfolio in a pupil-facing, hands-on role. As part of a large trust, the school can contribute to unmatched career progression.

Job Description

You will be responsible for supervising pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, providing 1:1 support to promote behaviour and learning, and working alongside Teachers and the SENCo to ensure holistic support. A salary of c.£23-25K per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
