Austin Fraser is currently seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join its team in Clapham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain valuable experience working with students in a friendly and dynamic Ofsted-rated 'good' school.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about equality of opportunity and committed to ensuring excellent standards of student learning. They will have a strong academic record, preferably with a 2.2 or above degree, and be aiming for a career as a secondary school teacher in the long run.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting teaching staff in the classroom and contributing to the development of students' skills and knowledge. You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, mark student work, and provide feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £2300 per month and have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to develop their skills and experience in education before pursuing a teaching qualification.
