About the role

We're seeking a skilled Team Member to join our Back of House team in Stockport or Baguley. As a key player in ensuring our customers receive high-quality food and drinks, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting your colleagues in delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy at all times.
  • Serve customers quickly, efficiently, and with care, providing an exceptional experience every time.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations, documenting daily records and tasks as necessary.
  • Implement efficient stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Manage deliveries and store food safely, adhering to operational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, cook, and serve food according to our menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain product availability to meet customer demand.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, resolving complaints promptly and effectively, and passing on feedback to management.
  • Stay informed about business developments and initiatives, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
