Pet Care Centre Team Member
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pet Care Centre Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standard of pet care, and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
About the Role
As a Pet Care Centre Team Member, you will be at the heart of our pet care centres, ensuring our customers have a great experience that sets us apart and drives customer loyalty for our great brands. You will be responsible for exceeding our customer's expectations daily, ensuring brilliant operational standards, and providing excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great service, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts across 7 days a week. Ideally, you will have experience of working within a customer-facing environment and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. You will also be ready to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering all the key aspects of the role, handling, and caring for pets, customer service, and health and safety.
