Pet Care Centre Team Member
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pet Care Centre Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great experience that sets us apart and drives customer loyalty for our great brands.
About the Role
Your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres, where you will work closely with our customers and colleagues to provide a welcoming and safe space for pet owners. You will be responsible for exceeding our customer's expectations daily, ensuring the highest standard of pet care, brilliant operational standards, and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great service, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts across 7 days a week. Ideally, you will have experience of working within a customer-facing environment and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. You will also be ready to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering all the key aspects of the role, handling, and caring for pets, customer service, and health and safety.
