Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed client within the Construction Consultancy sector. Our client is a prominent entity that has been shaping the skyline of NI & ROI with its innovative projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects, taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery, and ensuring that client objectives are met. You will act as the key client interface, ensuring that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
  • A degree in a Construction-related discipline.
