Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role will also involve acting as the key client interface, proactively developing business relationships, and advising on strategic project approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Proactively develop business relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Advise on strategic project approaches, including providing advice on different approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
  • Ideal degree in a Construction-related discipline.
  • Chartered or working towards Chartership (CIOB or RICS).
