Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Ireland. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, predominantly in the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk registers, issue registers, and project schedules.
  • Ensure effective project controls are in place, including budget, schedule, scope, quality, and risk management.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and board executives.
  • Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Hold a 3rd-level relevant qualification (e.g., engineering, project management).
  • Hold a professional qualification awarded by a recognized chartered institute or association.
  • Hold an NEC PM accreditation.
  • Minimum of five years' relevant experience in a role for a water utility client.
  • A successful past record of achievement in delivering water utility capital contracts.
  • Relevant experience of administration of NEC Conditions of Contract.
  • Relevant experience of project management of large portfolios of capital projects.
