Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed client within the Construction Consultancy sector. Our client is a prominent entity that has been shaping the skyline of NI & ROI with its innovative projects. With a reputation for excellence and a portfolio that spans across multiple sectors including multi-residential, education, leisure and commercial, they are now looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple projects, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
  • Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
  • Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
  • Ideally a degree in a Construction-related discipline.
