About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Programme and Delivery Director to join our team at Big Red Recruitment Midlands Limited. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our global business transformation programmes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects and transformation programmes.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our CIO to support with status updates, reporting, and project-based work, and will be comfortable in breaking down and reprioritising the 3-year roadmap for the business with their technology aims as you work through the programme deliverables.

As a Group Programme and Delivery Director, you will be flexible and happy to travel on an ad hoc basis, including abroad overnight stays to Europe and USA. You will have experience working at Group level in a complex organisation set-up and exposure working within a global organisation, particularly managing overseas team members.

Strong programme delivery experience, working closely with Projects/PMO functions to adhere to governance, is essential for this role. You will be adaptable and ready to take on the challenge with a rapid-growing fast-paced organisation who are on a mission.

About You

You will be a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes and projects. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines. You will also have a strong understanding of business operations and will be able to provide strategic guidance to the business.
