About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Programme and Delivery Director to join our team at Big Red Recruitment Midlands Limited. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our global programme delivery and ensuring the successful execution of our business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our global programme strategy, working closely with our senior leadership team and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the delivery of our programme initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects and transformation programmes.
  • Collaborate with our CIO to support with status updates, reporting, and project-based work.
  • Manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our programme initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including our global teams and external partners.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in programme delivery, with experience working at a global level in a complex organisation set-up.
  • You will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering successful programme initiatives.
  • You will be flexible and happy to travel on an ad hoc basis, including abroad overnight stays to Europe and the USA.
  • You will have a strong understanding of technical teams and commercial acumen, with the ability to bridge the gap between delivery and governance.
