Located in a thriving area of the UK, Nuffield Health is seeking an exceptional Swimming Programme Manager to lead our swimming classes at Birmingham Rubery Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.

About the Role

  • We are passionate about providing top-quality services to our clients, and we need someone with an infectious enthusiasm for swimming to make this happen.
  • You will be part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of swim class programming, covering management, governance, and active selling of the product and services in the timetable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement an engaging swimming programme that meets the needs of our diverse client base.
  • To ensure effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the swimming programme.
  • To manage and monitor swim class bookings, attendance, and revenue.

Requirements:

  • ASA or STA Level 2 qualification in teaching swimming.
  • Recent experience of teaching swimming, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • An ability to inspire others with your passion and love for swimming.

What We Offer
