About the Role

As a SharePoint Administrator at Belcan, you'll play a vital part in our team's success by providing expert technical support and maintaining our Facility Maintenance Management System. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Management System: Offer expert guidance on record management, create and update records, manage maintenance schedules, and oversee general system administration.
  • SharePoint Administration: Handle design modifications, user permissions, group management, page creation, and the generation of SharePoint sites using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Skills and Requirements
  • Strong IT skills with a deep understanding of the MS Office 365 suite.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
