Senior Nuclear Process Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Nuclear Process Manager to lead our process engineering capability and drive growth in line with client demand. As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and contractors, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and support to team members on process engineering.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Develop a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the nuclear process engineering capability.
- Governance and Leadership: Provide leadership and governance to the nuclear process engineering capability.
- Grow Process Capability: Grow the nuclear process capability in line with demand from clients and new opportunities.

Requirements:
- BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering or relevant degree.
- Demonstrable experience in leading others and developing team members.
- Expertise in process engineering with a track record of application in the nuclear sector.
