The successful candidate will actively manage day-to-day business operations and employees of multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance with our client's company values.

As Compressed Air Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing compressed air engineering and field-based services to a range of British industry.
  • Leading a team of six Field Service Engineers, five office staff, and one Field Sales Engineer.
  • Managing day-to-day business operations, including health & safety, HR, and environmental compliance.
  • Maintaining the security, safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the business premises and its contents.
  • Covering the duties of the Stores Controller in their absence.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with a meticulous eye for detail due to the technical intricacies of the client's work. Safety, compliance, efficiency, accuracy, and commercial competence are key focuses within the Company.

The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on the location and market rates.

Based at our business premises in Wrotham, Kent, we offer a flexible working environment with the possibility of occasional overtime. We require a hands-on and can-do approach, including manual labour tasks.
