We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Recovery Professional to join our team at P4 Recruitment Ltd. As a Mental Health Recovery Professional, you will be working with individuals and families affected by mental health issues, providing safe and high-quality support to help them achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide therapeutic support to individuals and families affected by mental health issues
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized recovery plans
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust support plans as needed
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of mental health issues and recovery principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
