We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at Livingstone Academy Bournemouth. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and contributing to their academic success.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with SEN, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans for students with SEN
  • Providing one-on-one support and small group instruction to students as needed
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination

To be successful in this position, you will require a strong passion for working with students with diverse needs and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment. A minimum qualification of level 2 or equivalent is required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
