Learning Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting children with SEMH needs?
We're recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching.
This role offers a minimum daily rate of £85.30, paid term-time only.
About the Role:- This SEN Teaching Assistant position requires you to provide academic support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- You'll work closely with the teacher to develop individualised learning plans and ensure the children's safety and well-being.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with SEN, either voluntarily or professionally.
- A strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training is highly desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or a willingness to process a new application.
- Two professional child-related references are required.
- Free accredited professional development courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management training.
- Access to an in-house Training and Development Team for ongoing support.
