**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Mentor Professional to join our team at 1st Staff Limited. As a Learning Mentor Professional, you will be responsible for delivering tuition sessions to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have special educational needs, be able to develop effective relationships with students and colleagues, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of young people.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tuition sessions to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Develop effective relationships with students and colleagues
  • Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on student progress

**Salary:** Up to £30 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)
