Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the assigned offshore assets, ensuring the highest standards of safety, vessel management, and crew performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance of the onboard team and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with senior officers to enhance vessel performance and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure all shipboard mechanical, electrical, and navigational systems are operated efficiently and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the offshore PSV and ERRV industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of marine systems and operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
