Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join our team at Employment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all business operations.
In this role, you will work closely with our management team to develop and implement effective HSE strategies, conduct regular audits and surveys, and provide training and guidance to employees. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE trends, risks, and compliance, as well as investigating and reporting incidents and accidents.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and internal auditor certification. They will also be eligible for SC Clearance and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies.
- Conduct regular workplace audits and health, safety, and environmental surveys.
- Provide training and guidance to employees.
- Monitor and report HSE trends, risks, and compliance to senior management.
- Investigate and report incidents and accidents.
- Carry out internal and external audits and implement actions accordingly.
