Compliance Coordinator Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment/Onboarding Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities- Vetting Services: Provide high-quality vetting services to clients and candidates.
- Case Management: Prioritize and track candidate/employee cases to ensure timely processing, meeting client and regulatory deadlines.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to candidates and third parties at key points during the vetting process to aid in the completion of background checks.
- Enquiries: Respond to enquiries via email and phone, providing clear and concise information regarding case status, required documentation, and any issues encountered.
- Client Escalation: Work with clients when necessary, ensuring adverse information highlighted through the screening process is escalated appropriately.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team and across different vetting systems as required.
- Vetting Experience: Previous experience in vetting is highly desirable.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service experience is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and MS applications.
- Administration: Exceptional administration skills and data entry skills are required.
- Attention to Detail: Outstanding attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Holidays: 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays).

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working, and a bespoke training and development plan.
