We are currently seeking a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the US market, where you can leverage your skills and expertise to drive business growth and success.

The average fee within our company is £20,000+ per year, with recent success stories billing £400,000+ within two years.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing business through calls and meetings to establish long-term client relationships
  • Interviewing candidates to find the best fit for our clients' needs
  • Negotiating fees and commissions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Managing client accounts and building trust through exceptional service
  • Utilizing advanced recruitment tools to source top talent and stay ahead of the competition
  • Establishing your personal brand through social media to attract new clients and opportunities

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings) package of £25,000+ in the first year, rising to £60,000+ in the third year. You will also benefit from:
