Role Requirements


This role will be working the USA Tech/ Cyber Security market from our Leeds office. Its a great opportunity to work in a market with a really high earning potential, with scope to be a future leader


  • 1-2 years Recruitment experience (tech preferable but not essential)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensuring that potential candidates are an excellent match for the client/company
  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
  • Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions
  • End to end process management for the candidate
  • Business development experience is preferable but not essential
  • Strong on data inputs and experience using recruiting tools such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Sourcewhale
