About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Skelmersdale. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and enhancing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, and solution selling
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of short-term and long-term prospects
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in telesales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and CRM systems
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 with OTE £38,700
  • Great working hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
  • No weekend or evening working
