Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sites, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
