EHCP Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled SEND Support Professional to join our team at Connect2Halton. As an EHCP Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the SEND Reform programme.
In this role, you will work closely with children, young people, families, and multi-agency teams to develop and implement individualised EHCPs, ensuring that outcomes are tailored to meet the needs of each child.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex cases, developing your skills and expertise in assessment, evidence gathering, and dispute resolution.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities- EHCP Development: Work with families and professionals to develop individualised EHCPs, incorporating personal goals and outcomes.
- Case Management: Manage complex caseloads, ensuring timely and effective support for children and young people.
- Tribunal Preparation: Support schools and families with tribunal preparation, including drafting statements and responding to objections.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in ICT systems.
