Post-Completion Assistant

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Post-Completion Assistant to join their busy team in London. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Application Preparation: Prepare and upload applications for first registration in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document Management: Ensure all documents and appendices are uploaded, signed, and dated, maintaining accurate records.
- Order Management: Deal with orders in a timely and effective manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Filing and System Maintenance: Keep all filing and the system up to date, ensuring seamless access to information.
- Stakeholder Communication: Respond to requests and keep stakeholders updated on progress, maintaining open communication channels.
- Client Communication: Send copies of completions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Risk Management: Update the team on any risks of removals where required, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Training and Development: Attend training to stay up to date with new rules and regulations, enhancing professional knowledge.
- Additional Support: Produce any additional documents required, providing comprehensive support to the team.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar position is essential, with a proven track record of success.
- Legal Environment: Experience in a legal environment would be highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the sector.
- Travel: Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, with a reliable and efficient transportation method.
