Post-Completion Assistant

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Post-Completion Assistant to join their busy team in London. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and upload applications for first registration in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all documents and appendices are uploaded, signed, and dated, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deal with orders in a prompt and effective manner, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Keep filing and the system up to date, ensuring seamless access to information.
- Respond to requests and keep stakeholders updated on progress, fostering strong communication.
- Send copies of completions to clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Update the team on any risks of removals where required, ensuring a proactive approach.
- Attend training to stay up to date with new rules and regulations, enhancing knowledge and skills.
- Produce additional documents as required, adapting to changing needs.
- Previous experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of the role's responsibilities.
- Experience in a legal environment would be desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
