The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Data Strategist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven future. In this role, you will be instrumental in transitioning our reporting processes from manual methods to Snowflake's robust data warehouse.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing performance reports, providing valuable insights into campaign effectiveness and customer behavior.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret commercial data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create compelling visual dashboards using Tableau, effectively communicating complex data to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reliable reporting.
  • Establish efficient reporting processes for external partnerships, fostering collaboration and transparency.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development.
  • Lead data-driven projects, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business growth and innovation.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in SQL query writing and database management.
  • A solid understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in Tableau, with the ability to create insightful and interactive dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with GA4 analytics and ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for data analysis.
