About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for leading the IFRS/Fixed Assets/CAPEX and other accounting standards for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on the management of the balance sheet for the fixed assets.
• Control the inter company reconciliation for the business ensuring compliance with group procedure and resolving any differences with other entities.
• Business partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Sales.
• Take lead on the PWC audit and other audit bodies.
Requirements:
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Finance Professional with experience working within a large complex organisation.
• Familiar with accounting processes such as IFRS16, Fixed Assets, CAPEX and other accounting standards.
• Strong monthly accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong control and governance of balance skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to talk to both finance and non-financial leaders within the business.
