About the Role
Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the IFRS and Fixed Assets accounting processes, ensuring compliance with group procedures and resolving any differences with other entities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IFRS and Fixed Assets accounting processes
- Manage the balance sheet for fixed assets
- Control intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with group procedures
- Business partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Sales
- Lead on PWC audit and other audit bodies
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional with experience in a large complex organisation
- Familiarity with accounting processes such as IFRS16, Fixed Assets, CAPEX, and other accounting standards
- Strong monthly accounting and reporting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
