Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Salisbury. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Contribute towards the success of the store by ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels, and support with the recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Work collaboratively with the manager to generate stock and achieve expectations within campaign activities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and supervisory experience.
- Commercially driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
