We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Boots Opticians. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver a great customer experience
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store-specific strategies
- Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on patient care and profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience leading within a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of optical products and services
